This hostel is about as nice a welcome as you will get anywhere in the Czech countryside. It is conveniently located, close to the main square in a truly remarkable town, and while there are many alternatives for lodging in Olomouc, this is especially good for those who like to compare notes with travelers from many different countries. There is a warm, living room style, atmosphere, a well stocked library, and a couple that truly love their adopted home. This is our tip for travelers who are young at heart, and trying to get the most for their money.

High above the crowded din of Prague's historic center, there is a spacious, sunlit, private apartment, full of amenities (elevator, equipped kitchen, laundry, travel & genealogy resource library). Close to metro (line C), the historical Vyšehrad fortress with the St. Martin Rotunda, and National Cemetery (sculpture garden). Enjoy the relative peace  of a residential neighborhood, with a picturesque bird's eye view of Prague Castle.
